Job Description:
Start: 26th June and 24th July
Tasks:
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00AM - 05:30PM (Rotational shifts)
- 2 days off: Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities include:
- Advising healthcare professionals and accompanying them by telephone in their use of the software, including answering incoming requests and proactive calls
- Training clients in the use of our services by phone
- Ensuring quick and efficient processing of requests received by email
- Advising and answering client questions about the product
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Profile:
- French C2
- English B2
- Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
