Job Description:

Start: 26th June and 24th July

Tasks:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00AM - 05:30PM (Rotational shifts)
• 2 days off: Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities include:

• Advising healthcare professionals and accompanying them by telephone in their use of the software, including answering incoming requests and proactive calls
• Training clients in the use of our services by phone
• Ensuring quick and efficient processing of requests received by email
• Advising and answering client questions about the product
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Profile:

• French C2
• English B2
• Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
