Job Description:

Start: asap next start 7th May or 12th June

German Market: Working Hours (Winter Time): Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts: 07h00 – 21h00 ; 2 days off ; Working Hours (Summer Time): Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts: 08h00 – 22h00 ; 2 days off

Tasks:

1. Support small and medium businesses in finding the best solutions for online advertising.
2. Act as a customer service agent for a social media platform.
3. Be the single point of contact for advertisers and agencies (SMB) for various inquiries.
4. Put together solutions to support and expand the customer’s
   - serve advertising base.
5. Manage all types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as chat, email, and social media messenger.
6. Demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide
   - sales support for all
   - service products.
