Join our project and support users of one of the world’s leading search engine platforms. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and contributing to the improvement of the user experience online.

  Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms
  • Provide
    - sales support, general inquiries, and technical assistance
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in all interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve tickets
  • Manage your personal ticket queue and follow guidance from leadership
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Review and provide feedback on help center content

  Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    
    
    
    higher education is a plus
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting is an advantage

  Offer:

  • Renewable 6-month employment contract
  • Base salary: €1, 100/month
  • Meal allowance: €7. 23 per working day
  • Complexity bonus: €135/month
  • Performance bonus: up to €120/month
  • Rotational schedules: Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00;
    
    
    
    Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 17:00
  • Two rotational days off
  • Work location: Lisbon
