Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels
• Assist users with
  - sales inquiries, general questions, and technical issues
• Maintain the brand’s voice and tone across private and public communication channels

Profile:

• Fluent in Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish at C2 level
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Experience in customer support is preferred
