Remuneration:

• €3000 - German market - For all B&M (onsite) projects, until the end of July.
• €3000 - French market - For all B&M (onsite) projects, until the end of July.
• €1000 - Italian market - For all B&M (onsite) projects, until the end of July.

About the position

Tasks:

• Tech Support, Voice/Email/Chat
• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social messaging channels.
• Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels.

Profile:

• German, Dutch, French, or Italian C2 proficiency
• English B2 proficiency
• Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
