Job Description:

Start: 24th April German or 08. 05 + 22. 05 Dutch or French and German

Tasks:

1. Tech Support, Voice/Email/Chat
2. Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
3. Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels.

Profile:

1. German or Dutch or French C2
2. English B2
3. Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
