Job Description:
Start: 05. 06. , 17. 07. , or 14. 08.
Welcome bonus: 3000 EUR for German speakers and 2000 EUR for French speakers.
Retention bonus: Equivalent to one extra base salary, paid one year after the start date (the Monday after the starting date).
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
- Educate users on platform features to optimize their experience.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated with new features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback for service improvement.
Skills:
- Proficiency in German or French (C2) and English (B2).
- Experience in customer service, tech support, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for new software and tools.
- Excellent
- solving skills and patience. - Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
