Job Description:

Start: 05. 06. , 17. 07. , or 14. 08.

Welcome bonus: 3000 EUR for German speakers and 2000 EUR for French speakers.

Retention bonus: Equivalent to one extra base salary, paid one year after the start date (the Monday after the starting date).

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
• Educate users on platform features to optimize their experience.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated with new features and updates to provide accurate support.
• Collect and relay user feedback for service improvement.

Skills:

• Proficiency in German or French (C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in customer service, tech support, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for new software and tools.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and patience.
• Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
