Job Description:

Start: 08. 05 and 05. 06. 25

Welcome bonus paid for German: 3000 EUR and French 2000 EUR

One-year retention bonus equivalent to one extra base salary, paid one year after the production date (the Monday after the starting date)

Tasks:

1. Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
2. Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
3. Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
4. Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
5. Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
6. Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

Skills:

1. German or French C2 + English B2
2. Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
5. Excellent
   - solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
6. Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
