Provide support to advertisers using digital advertising tools, ensuring issue resolution and
- quality service.

Lisbon On-site

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 15:00 or 11:00 to 19:00 (8‑hour shifts)

Languages required

Arabic C1‑C2 (preferably Egypt, Jordan, or UAE variants), English B2

Start date

15 January 2026

Salary

• Base salary: 915 euros per month × 14 months
• Monthly bonus: 200 euros per month × 11 months
• Meal allowance: 7. 63 euros daily

Work Permit

Valid work permit for Portugal required; no visa sponsorship provided. Candidates must already live in Portugal or hold a valid work permit.

- volume advertising operations for major tech platforms. The company works with some of the world’s largest online advertisers, delivering scalable customer support solutions.

Your Role

• Provide B2B support for advertisers in Arabic‑speaking markets
• Handle troubleshooting and product support via email and chat
• Collaborate with technical teams for case resolution
• Maintain accurate, timely case documentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the case journey
• Educate advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contribute to operational improvements

Requirements

• Arabic C1‑C2 (preferably Egypt, Jordan, or UAE variants)
• Experience on paid campaign management is mandatory
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Contact Centre / Ad
  Tech support experience
• Familiarity with digital advertising tools
  Strong customer service orientation
• Teamwork and independent working ability
