You will:

  • Back-office tasks with occasional outbound calls
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding payments, refunds, VAT adjustments, invoice amendments, credit/debit memos, and reconciliation with care and efficiency
  • Provide assistance to Sales, Sales Support, and Order Management daily, ensuring smooth operations, addressing customer inquiries, and managing escalations across all
