Descrição da Função

We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for world's leading logistics company.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Local customs declaration.
• Perform Cargo Release (incl. on carriage / Empty return)
• Pre-Invoicing Controls & Invoicing.
• Prepare / send notice of arrival (NOA).
• Follow up idle situation and escalations.
• Participate in the promotion of relevant products or services.
• Manage/ coordinate system modifications with teams involved.
• Give guidelines and support the customer service team on all topics (process, dispute, customer profiles, etc. ).

Requisitos

• Previous experience in similar roles;
• English & Portuguese proficiency;
• IT Literate experience.
