The Navigator Company is seeking to strengthen its customer service team by hiring a Customer Service Assistant.

Main responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels;
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and reduce costs;
• Coordinate with sales offices and other departments, such as production planning, dispatch, logistics, and marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education degree (preferably in Business, Management, or related fields);
• Fluency in English and Turkish (spoken and written);
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, email platforms, and enterprise management systems.

• Numerical skills and attention to detail;
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
