About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to act as the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.

Responsibilities

• Book home consultations, ensuring efficiency
• Handle emails and calls related to home consultations
• Register and manage appointment requests
• Control and monitor home consultations activity in real time
• Coordinate appointments with the triage team and doctors
• Provide feedback to other teams
• Ensure a positive experience for doctors, customers, and partners
• Clarify knok subscription plans

About You

• Available to work Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. , and Wednesday from 9:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m. (mandatory)
• Computer skills and ability to use different tools simultaneously
• Good communication and argumentation skills
• Fluency in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively written and verbally to all levels of business

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in customer service and/or healthcare companies
• Immediate availability to start functions
• Experience working with healthcare and insurance providers
