We're looking for a fluent German speaker (C1+) with strong English (B2) to join our team in Lisbon and support users across multiple channels - phone, email, chat, and social media.

What You'll Do

• Assist users with
  - sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically, adapting the brand's tone and style.
• Escalate complex cases when needed and keep detailed case records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• German fluency (C1+) and English B2 level.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a. M. to 5:00 p. M.

On-site in Oriente, Lisbon
