Your Role at SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide advice regarding bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices.
• You assist business and private customers on the phone and via email in using the online booking systems, to make reservations, offer our customers a
  - service package, and find a solution for any problem.
• You always have a sympathetic ear, and you advise our customers over the phone and via email.
• You work closely with other departments to deliver the best service and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Skills

• Language: Fluent/native in Dutch and English (written & spoken); clear and understandable communication.
• Experience: You enjoy customer contact and have experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments.
• Interpersonal Excellence: Reliable team player with strong communication and organizational skills, able to work under pressure and in a dynamic
  - based environment.
• Team Spirit: You like working in international teams and collaborating with colleagues.
• Tools: Proficient with MS Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
