We are looking for a Customer Service - Energy Specialist (M/F) with French.

As an Energy Specialist in our Operations team, you’ll be at the heart of our activities — ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicating with customers primarily via phone and email, answering questions, solving problems, and engaging with other suppliers.
• Taking full ownership of each interaction, providing a complete,

  being fully trained across all aspects of the customer journey to handle any issue confidently.
