Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 24:00)

Languages required: Polish (C1) + English (B2)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Expert to join an international team supporting a major Portuguese Airline Company with more than 70 years of history and recognized as one of the safest carriers in Europe.

In this role, you will ensure a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience by assisting passengers via phone and email, handling inquiries about flights, services, and loyalty programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in Polish and English via phone and email
  • Resolve customer doubts regarding products, services, reservations, and
    - related matters
  • Support inquiries related to the frequent flyer program
  • Track and follow up on customer requests and provide updates
  • Register interactions and outcomes in the internal system
  • Manage offline tasks, including forms, emails, tickets, and administrative
    - ups
  • Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets
  • Escalate critical issues when necessary

Training

  • Intensive training period of approximately 20 working days (8 hours/day)

Training is compensated upon successful completion.

Employment Conditions

  • 40 hours/week, rotational shifts

Compensation Package (Example)

Monthly gross cash compensation: approx. €1, 050 – €1, 306, depending on accommodation option

Meal allowance: €7/day
