We are looking for German customer support for a Customer Support Position in Lisbon

- Native or near native German

- A good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)

- Good knowledge of computer tools

- Non-European candidates need a work permit

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure quality service by responding to customer inquiries by phone, chat and/or
- mail

- Provide active listening and empathy

- Support and manage customer issues

- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to various customer requests
