Next to that, you get a chance to represent a luxurious commercial vehicle brand. Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Helping clients with incoming issues

• Ensuring
  - quality customer service

• Booking appointments for maintenance

• Roadside assistance

• Recording data in the CRM system

• Giving information about the app, warranty, and purchases

• A native level of Dutch and a high level of English (C1)

• Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create

• Articulate & communicative

• Available for 24/7 rotative shifts

• Being a real team player and committed to your work

• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience

• Having a valid Portuguese work permit or an EU passport (required)

• Type of contract: a
  - term
  - term contract, renewable every year.

• Working hours:
  - time (40h/week)

• Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 00:00 - 23:59, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:

• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040 € gross/month

• Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month

For international candidates:

• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months
