Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent will include:

• Assisting clients with incoming issues
• Ensuring
  - quality customer service
• Booking maintenance appointments
• Providing roadside assistance
• Recording data in the CRM system
• Providing information about the app, warranty, and purchases

Skills, qualifications, and interests required:

• Native level of Dutch and high proficiency in English (C1)
• Understanding the importance of a positive customer experience
• Articulate and communicative
• Available for 24/7 rotational shifts
• Team player and committed
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and experience
• Valid Portuguese work permit or EU passport
