Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Assisting customers with inquiries about the Omnipod Insulin Management System

Handling inbound calls and managing product orders

Coordinating product shipments to customers

Providing empathetic support and clear guidance to resolve issues

Encouraging proper and consistent product use for improved quality of life

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native-level German and good English skills

Interest in medicine and motivation to support people with health conditions

Strong listening and communication skills

Empathetic, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace

Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate life

Willingness to relocate to Portugal for an international career

Valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: 6-month or 1-year renewable contract

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts (24/7 including nights)

Salary package (two options):

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1230 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1612 gross/month
