Customer Service For A Medical Device Company - German Speaker In Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Assisting customers with inquiries about the Omnipod Insulin Management System
- Handling inbound calls and managing product orders
- Coordinating product shipments to customers
- Providing empathetic support and clear guidance to resolve issues
- Encouraging proper and consistent product use for improved quality of life
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native-level German and good English skills
- Interest in medicine and motivation to support people with health conditions
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Empathetic, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace
- Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate life
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal for an international career
- Valid Portuguese work permit (required)
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: 6-month or 1-year renewable contract
- Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts (24/7 including nights)
- Salary package (two options):
- With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1230 gross/month
- Without accommodation: €1612 gross/month
