Join a leading medical device company dedicated to improving the lives of people with diabetes. As part of an international team in Lisbon, you will provide exceptional customer support for the Omnipod Insulin Management System, guiding users and ensuring they have the best possible experience.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries about the Omnipod product via phone, email, and chat.

Manage orders and coordinate product shipments to customers.

Offer technical guidance and empathetic support to resolve issues promptly.

Encourage proper product use and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

Your Profile

Native-level German speaker with a good command of English.

Passionate about medicine and helping people.

Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a
- paced environment.

Interested in intercultural communication and living abroad.

Willing to relocate to Portugal for a
- term opportunity.

Valid Portuguese work permit required.

What’s in It for You

Contract: Yearly or 6-month contract, renewable.

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week on rotating shifts (24/7 schedule including night shifts).

Salary Options:

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1, 230 gross/month.

Without accommodation: €1, 612 gross/month.

Training: Fully paid (5 days) at 90% of your regular wage.

Relocation Package (for international candidates)

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after contract signing.
