Customer Service for a Video Gaming Brand with Ukrainian and Russian
We are recruiting on behalf of our BPO client located in Lisbon!
Become a member of their dedicated support team and assist customers in a dynamic and international working environment.
As a Player Support Specialist for a globally renowned Video Gaming Brand, you will provide professional technical support for consoles and account management issues in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, both orally and in writing.
The project starts on July 5, 2024. An initial 15-day paid training period will be provided.
Your Responsibilities as a Gamer Support Agent:
- Assist customers via telephone, email, and chat;
- Help customers resolve payment issues;
- Support the use of company's products, including installation and synchronization of software and devices;
- Provide effective assistance and advice when purchasing gaming products.
Contract: Temporary 1-year contract, extendable; becomes a permanent contract after 2 years of continuous employment.
Working hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break), on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00.
Requirements:
- Native Ukrainian speaker with fluent Russian and English (B2). Proficient in both speaking and writing in all three languages.
- Residing or willing to relocate to Lisbon for this role.
- Authorization to work in Portugal: EU citizenship, Portuguese Residence Permit, or Certificate of Temporary Protection.
- Interest and experience in gaming is essential.
- Relocation and housing assistance available for candidates moving from abroad or from locations more than 100 km from Lisbon.
- Performance-based bonus up to EUR 260/month.
