Job Description:

World Talent Selection is an International Recruitment company based in Portugal. We specialize in recruiting Talent in the areas of Customer Service, Tourism and Secretariat in several markets.

You speak Dutch/Flemish and you have Cosmetics knowledge? We are recruiting Dutch/Flemish speakers Talent to Beauty Advisor in Porto, Portugal!!

Your working day:

- Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social.

- Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.

- Providing excellent solutions, and service.

- Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

- Fluent in Dutch & English (C1 minimum)

- Customer Service / Cosmetic experience

- Great communication

- Valid Work Permit in Portugal

You will benefit:

- 12-month renewable contract

- Working in Porto

- Initial training during 2 weeks

- Work schedule:

Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm // 8h per day with 2 days off per week // Rotating shift

Requirements:
