As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent for Expedia, you will assist travellers throughout their booking journey, from resolving issues during reservations to ensuring a smooth vacation experience. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Responsibilities

• Resolve issues during the booking process and provide clear instructions.
• Assist customers in finding the right booking and follow up during their trips.
• Process refunds and offer effective solutions to customer problems.
• Maintain and expand the client network through excellent service.
• Generate and manage qualified leads to support business growth.

Your Profile

• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Passion for travel and tourism.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
