Join the international customer service team in Lisbon and help travelers enjoy smooth and unforgettable journeys. Work with one of the world’s leading hotel groups and assist French-speaking customers with their bookings. Your responsibilities
- Assist customers during the booking process (modifications, cancellations, new reservations).
- Provide guidance, instructions, and proactive solutions for travelers.
- Follow up during vacations, ensuring issues are resolved, including refunds when needed.
- Support and expand the client network by delivering excellent service.
- Manage qualified lead generation to improve customer experience.
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
- Native-level French and good English skills.
- Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
- Motivated, committed, and
- oriented. - Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Contract : Long-term
- term, renewable annually. - Working hours : Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7AM–7PM.
- Salary options :
- With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1, 040 gross/month
- Without accommodation: €1, 240 gross/month
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
