Job Description:

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for IHG will be:

1. Solving issues during the booking process.
2. Giving instructions and taking an active role in finding the right booking.
3. Following up during the vacation, providing good solutions including refunds.
4. Being responsible for the current and expanding the clients´ network.
5. Managing good and qualified lead generation.
6. Providing excellent customer or client support in various areas.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. EU citizenship or valid residency card.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Looking for a job opportunity abroad.
4. A travel enthusiast.
5. Motivated and committed to your work.
6. Excellent communication and listening skills.

What's in it for you?

1. Type of contract: a
   - term
   - term contract, renewable every year.
2. Working hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts Mon-Sun 7AM-7PM.
3. Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
4. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.

6. Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months.
