Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Managing customer requests via phone and email
- Providing detailed product information to clients
- Offering professional usage consulting for luxury products
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- EU Citizenship or valid work permit/residency card required
- Native-level French with a good command of English (a plus)
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury brands
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to your work
- Team player with an international mindset and openness to other cultures
