Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Managing customer requests via phone and email

• Providing detailed product information to clients

• Offering professional usage consulting for luxury products

• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• EU Citizenship or valid work permit/residency card required

• Native-level French with a good command of English (a plus)

• Strong interest in fashion and luxury brands

• Excellent communication and listening skills
