What you'll do
- As a Customer Service Representative for Salt, you’ll provide customer service with the highest level of kindness and professionalism;
- Assist, by phone or email, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the products, contract issues and mobile bundle;
- Answer to payment transactions and invoice queries;
- Advice on current mobile phones, as well as give technical support;
- Advice to existing and potential clients on tariffs and current offers;
- Provide recommendations on additional options and do a reliable management of customer data.
What you'll need
- Native or near native Italian speaker;
- Proficient oral and written communication in English (minimum B2 level);
- Excellent communication skills as a Customer Service Representative for Salt;
- Customer-oriented;
- Pro-active in promoting effective problem solving;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
