Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Supporting clients’ activities by offering
  - class service to their customers
• Answering incoming queries from customers
• Identifying issues and providing solutions
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Recording data in the CRM system
• Providing
  - hoc support
• Being a team player and contributing to the success of the team and project

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed:

• Native level of German; good level of English is a plus
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to customer service
• High quality standards and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player willing to work with many nationalities

What to expect living in Lisbon:

Type of contract: a
- term
- term contract, renewable

Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day), from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 6 AM to 10 PM

Salary conditions:

• Two options:

Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included)

Excluding accommodation
