Your Responsibilities

• Assist viewers via phone and chat with various account and application queries.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for software, network settings, and system configurations.
• Deliver accurate,
  - time responses to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers through account features and resolve issues efficiently.

Your Profile

• Native level of French with advanced English skills.
• Highly reliable, adaptable, and quick to learn.
• Strong
  - solving and communication abilities.
• Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage.

What’s in It for You

• Salary: €890 base/month (14 payments per year) + €100 gross monthly performance bonus.
• Meal Allowance: €7. 23 per workday.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts Monday–Sunday between 8 AM and 9 PM.

• Relocation Package for International Candidates:
