Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from French‑speaking customers.
- Assist with orders, deliveries, warranties, and product inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and create delightful customer experiences.
- Record interactions and follow up professionally.

- Gérer les appels et e‑mails entrants des clients francophones.
- Répondre aux questions concernant les commandes, les livraisons et les garanties.
- Fournir des informations précises et créer une expérience client positive.
- Enregistrer les interactions et assurer le suivi avec professionnalisme.
Qualifications
- Fluent French (C2) and English (C1).
- Prior customer service or retail/hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts Monday‑Saturday (07:00‑19:00).
Profil recherché (French)
- Français courant (C2) et anglais avancé (C1).
- Expérience dans le service client, le commerce ou l’hôtellerie souhaitée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
- Disponible pour travailler du lundi au samedi (07:00‑19:00, par roulement).
