Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic people who speak French, Portuguese, and English.

This job is based in Lisbon as a customer service representative for a Portuguese technology company.

The CSR will support operations across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, working with different markets and engaging in diverse functions of strategic importance at the HQ level.

Main Responsibilities:

• Investigate case details to determine the root cause of issues
• Learn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge bases
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Triage and escalate urgent issues to drive resolution
• Document customer contacts and trends thoroughly
• Provide feedback to management regarding processes and trends

Requirements:

• Fluent in oral and written French, Portuguese, and English
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
• Empathy and understanding of user experience, with the ability to resolve support requests thoughtfully and creatively
• Availability to work
  - site in Lisbon in rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm
