We are growing and looking for you to help provide premium service to customers as a French-speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d).
Your role includes assisting customers with bookings, rental agreements, complaints, invoices, and using online booking systems to make reservations. You will work with our service & sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide advice regarding bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices.
- You assist business and private customers by phone and email in using the online booking systems, make reservations, offer a
- service package, and find solutions for problems. - You maintain a sympathetic ear and advise customers over the phone and via email.
- You work closely with other departments to deliver the best service and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Skills Matter
- Language: Fluent/native in French and English (written and spoken) with clear and understandable speech.
- Experience: Enjoy customer contact; experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment is helpful.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Reliable team player with strong communication and organizational skills, able to thrive under pressure and flexible for
- based work. - Team Spirit: Enjoy working in international teams and value collaboration with colleagues.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
