Join the International Lisbon team and help our client’s growing communities proactively and reactively, across multiple communication channels. **This is your new job in Lisbon if**- You are proficient in French and fluent in English- You have excellent communications skills and you like helping
- You are happy to stay at least 12 months in sunny Lisbon- You have availability to work 40 hours a week (possibly weekend)**Your day to day at work**:
- Answer standard questions about account management, invoices, billing, content and navigation via phone and
- Support customers with software functionality, system configurations and network
- Solve complaints and
