Customer Service German or French - Lisboa (on site)
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join a
- paced, innovative company operating at the forefront of the digital finance industry. In this role, you’ll support German-speaking customers via phone, messaging, and email, helping to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.
Your day to day:
- Support clients via different channels of support, including voice, email and messaging regarding crypto and finance queries
- Provide the best support for the customer
- Keeping quality requirements in terms of user safety
Who we are looking for:
- Highschool Diploma (12th Grade)
- German Level C1/C2 - mandatory or French Level C1/C2 - mandatory
- Experience with different channels of support, including voice, email and messaging
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working with Google Sheet and Google Doc and/or Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience working in a Fin
