Customer Service in French - social media (M/F/X)
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to Byte
Dance users via inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to the company’s
- commerce platform, as well as escalating cases when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators, such as checking order and logistics status.
- Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Escalate issues to the company following established procedures.
Required Skills
- French C2 level
- English B2 level
- Passionate about leading
- commerce products and service standards. - Strong understanding of
- commerce. - Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and rational
- making. - Ability to handle peak contact volumes during promotional seasons.
Benefits
- Base salary paid over 14 months: €900
- Complexity Bonus paid over 11 months: €100
- Meal allowance (net): €7. 23 per working day
- Transport allowance: €20 per month
Contract Details
- 6-month contract
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00 (rotating shifts)
- Days off: 2 rotating days
- Future possibility: 24/7 coverage (rotating shifts), to be confirmed by the client
