Customer Service in German - social media (M/F/X)
As a Seller's Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility is to assist and empower sellers on the platform through inbound and outbound calls. You serve as the first point of contact for sellers, helping them navigate technical challenges, operational concerns, and procedural questions to ensure a smooth and effective selling experience.
Responsabilidades clave
Your role:
- Guide sellers through
- related technical issues, such as product listings, payment processing, or dashboard functionalities. - Clarify policies and workflows regarding order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and compliance with platform standards.
- Educate sellers on best practices and platform tools to streamline their operations and improve efficiency.
- Make outbound calls to offer personalized support, ensure seller satisfaction, and recommend improvements tailored to their business.
- Analyze seller behavior and performance, identifying actionable insights and recommending strategies that can significantly boost their sales.
- Quickly and professionally resolve seller complaints and challenges, ensuring timely
- up and escalations when needed. - Coordinate with internal departments such as tech support, logistics, and policy teams to deliver seamless support to sellers.
Competências
Skills:
- German C2 level
- English B2 level
- Possess and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading
- commerce products and services standards. - Have a strong understanding of
- commerce. - Have strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and rational
- making. - Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.
Principais benefícios
What we offer:
- Base salary paid in 14 months: 1100€
- Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: 100€
- Meal Allowance (net): 7. 23€ per working day
- Transport allowance: 20€ per month
- 6-month contract
- Schedules: Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts)
- Days Off: 2 Rotative days
- At a later date, TBC by the client: 24/7 - Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
