Job Description:

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent include:

• Providing support and advice to customers regarding the brand’s tobacco products
• Answering queries via phone, email, and chat
• Identifying issues and offering solutions
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Recording data in the CRM system
• Providing
  - hoc support
• Participating as a team player to contribute to team and project success

Skills and qualifications needed:

• Native German speaker and at least B1 level of English
• Knowledge of customer experience value and impact
• Attentive listening and effective communication skills
• Energetic, innovative, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace
• Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon or residing there
• Valid Portuguese work permit
