Customer Service in Spanish (M/F/X)
As a Fraud & Loss Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity and financial losses within our client’s
- commerce platform. You will play a critical role in safeguarding transactions, ensuring customer trust, and supporting the integrity of operational processes through proactive monitoring, detailed analysis, and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsabilidades chave
- Monitor transactions and activities to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
- Use tools, reports, and alerts to identify and escalate potential fraud cases.
- Investigate fraud incidents and ensure thorough case documentation.
- Analyze operational losses and identify root causes to support prevention strategies.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance (e. g. , AML, KYC).
- Assist in implementing fraud detection systems and improving control measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.
- Prepare reports and communicate investigation findings to management and stakeholders.
Competências
- Spanish C2 level
- English B2 level
- Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in an
- commerce fraud environment OR a minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Experience in investigation related to fraud, abuse, or cybercrime is a plus. - Detail-oriented and analytical, with an ability to provide documentation based on given guidelines and templates.
- Strong ability to gather information from various sources to substantiate investigation hypotheses.
- Eager to learn, initiative taker and
- solver. - Proactive and continuous improvement attitude.
- High problem solving and priority skills.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
- Must be a
- oriented person. - Works comfortably with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Principais benefícios
- Base salary paid in 14 months: 870€
- Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: 80€
- Meal Allowance (net): 7. 23€ per working day
- Transport allowance: 20€ per month
- 6-month contract
- Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 23:00 (rotative shifts)
- Days Off - 2 rotative days
