YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice regarding bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices.
- You assist our business and private customers over the phone and via email, using online booking systems, making reservations, offering
- service packages, and resolving issues. - You have a sympathetic ear and advise our customers over the phone and via email.
- We value team spirit, so you will work closely with other departments to deliver the best service and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Language: Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken), with clear and understandable communication.
- Experience: Enjoy customer contact, handle challenging customers professionally and friendly, with some experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments.
- Soft skills: Organizational and communication talents, able to handle a heavy workload, dependable.
- Team spirit: Enjoy working in international teams and exchanging with colleagues.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
