Cross Border Talents is recruiting English Customer Support Agents to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your role as a customer support agent is to support their activities by providing the best quality service to their customers, working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Service Junior Engineer:

• Handle queries on Client products, solutions, and architectures;
• Provide recommendations on how to use and configure Client products;
• Diagnose technical issues and faults in Client products;
• Troubleshoot problems with Client APIs and SDKs;
• Address troubleshooting of operations or system problems related to Client resources;
• Use Client console or official Client tools;
• Assist with financial affairs and account contract issues related to Client;
• Guide and troubleshoot
  - party software configuration related to Client products.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C2 Level or Native);
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Previous experience with Linux;
• Willingness to relocate to Porto;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
