We’re Hiring: Customer Service - Energy Specialist (M/F) – French Speaker

On-site position - Parque das Nações | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the voice of the company, communicating with customers via phone and email.

You’ll resolve issues, answer questions, and occasionally interact with other suppliers.

You’ll take full ownership of each interaction — providing a complete, end-to-end service.

You’ll be fully trained across all aspects of the customer journey so you can confidently tackle any situation.

You’ll handle day-to-day challenges with smart, effective solutions and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Fluency in French!


What we offer:
Base salary: €1, 050

Meal allowance: €7.63 per day (meal card)

Language bonus: €100 every 3 months
