You will support customers through calls, chat, and email.

• Initial training to familiarize you with our systems and processes, supported by team leaders
• Providing support, solutions, and timely responses to inquiries
• Communicating daily in Hungarian
• Receiving ongoing support from your team leader and colleagues
• Working at our office in Porto

• Advanced spoken and written Hungarian skills (C1 level)
