Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of contracted services (with emphasis on Service Desk team) according to contractual terms, penalties, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Guarantee efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction (both external and internal).
• Proactively identify improvement areas and suggest solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
• Act as escalation point between client and their suppliers.
• Contact external suppliers as needed to respond to incidents, problems, service requests or other changes.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders during incidents where impact demands it.
• Ensure vendors maintain updated knowledge base.
• Have
  - depth knowledge of ITIL practices.
