Customer Service Manager
Overview
Do you have solid experience in customer relations/support and want to lead a team while bringing the voice of the customer to the strategic level? Join Interlog Solutions, an ISO 27001 certified software publisher specializing in IT applied to logistics and transport.
Your mission
- Design and deploy the customer relationship strategy
- Manage and develop the Customer Service team
- Monitor and manage KPIs (SLA, TMR, CSAT, backlog)
- Drive continuous improvement and represent the company to strategic clients
Your profile
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and/or support
- Mastery of CRM, ticketing tools and key indicators
- Leadership, communication and customer service skills
- French + professional English (B2 min. ), other language = advantage
