We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our pharmaceutical and medical devices project in Porto. In this role, you will provide professional, empathetic, and
- quality support to French-speaking customers and healthcare professionals. You will handle inquiries related to medical devices, ensuring accurate information, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards. This opportunity is perfect for

Working Schedule

Full-time position with rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday.

• Rotational 8-hour shifts ensuring a balanced schedule and two days off per week.
• Occasionally, you may be asked to cover night shifts (22:00 to 07:00).

Profile Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1) and strong command of English (C1).
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and
  - focused.
• Comfortable with a rotating schedule.
• Must reside in Portugal.

What We Offer

Attractive Compensation Package

• Base salary: 1, 000 euro x 14 months.
• Attendance bonus: 300 euro x 11 months.
• Meal allowance: 7. 23 euro daily.
• Welcome bonus: 3, 000 euro.
