Customer Service Officer (Legal Assistant profile)

? We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (legal assistant profile)

• Analyze documentation provided by clients (verify signatures, identify individuals, ensure compliance with Banco de Portugal regulations and Group procedures).
• Open new accounts/sub‑accounts and register authorized representatives and their powers in internal systems.
• Update client data and manage changes to authorized representatives according to client instructions.
• Close client accounts following Group procedures.
• Report daily to Banco de Portugal the list of individuals indicated by tax authorities (e. g. , seized accounts, defaulters, blocked checks).

Main Skills & Requirements

• University degree (preferably in Law, Regulation, Economics, or Management).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, risk awareness, commitment, collaborative spirit, and ability to work well in a team.

? Availability to work on‑site at our Lisbon office every weekday.
