About Your Role:

1. Provide excellent customer service from day one.
2. Assist clients with queries and issues regarding the brand you represent.
3. Manage clients’ portfolios and track all information to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Act as the point of contact before and after purchases, handling questions, requests, and complaints.
5. Conduct outbound calls and email service.
